Watches are shipped insured with signature confirmation. Details are confirmed with each buyer before a sale is finalized.
Domestic shipping
JM Watches ships within the United States. Shipping method, cost, and insurance are discussed and confirmed before payment. Watches are packed securely with appropriate padding and protective materials.
Insured shipments
All shipments are insured for the agreed sale value. Coverage and carrier are confirmed before the watch is sent. I don't ship high-value watches uninsured.
Signature required
Shipments require signature confirmation on delivery. This protects both buyer and seller on valuable items.
Timing
Delivery timing depends on carrier, destination, and when payment clears. I'll provide an estimate when shipping is arranged — I don't guarantee specific delivery windows unless we've agreed to them in writing for a particular sale.
International
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Before we ship
