All sales final

All sales are final. Pre-owned watches are condition-sensitive, market-priced goods — once a sale is completed, returns for change of mind, market movement, or buyer's remorse are not accepted. This is standard in the luxury watch resale space and protects both parties given the value involved.

Review before you buy

• Read the full listing — photos, condition notes, and included accessories.
• Ask questions before purchase. Request additional photos, videos, or clarification on any detail.
• Confirm what's included. Box, papers, links, and straps are listed per watch.
• Understand that condition notes reflect visible inspection — not a full mechanical assessment unless stated.

Materially misdescribed items

If a watch arrives and is materially different from its listing description — wrong reference, undisclosed damage, missing listed accessories, or a significant condition discrepancy — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will review the claim and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a return or adjustment depending on the circumstances.

Authenticity concerns

If you have a genuine authenticity concern about a watch purchased from JM Watches, contact us promptly with your reasoning and any supporting information. Authenticity issues are taken seriously and handled case by case. We do not claim independent authentication on every watch unless specifically noted in the listing.

Approved returns

If a return is approved, the watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all included accessories, and must not have been worn, modified, or serviced after delivery. Return shipping arrangements depend on the reason for the return.
